Christopher Dax Coan, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer

Dax Coan is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer for Hershey Systems. Mr. Coan is responsible for the product vision and research & development. Prior to joining Hershey Systems, Mr. Coan was the CTO of 3iNetworks, a software designer/developer of web based software systems to meet high transaction hosted customer needs. He holds design patents for Java, J2EE, XML and SOAP based enterprise application integration (EAI) serve. Mr. Coan is certified as a Sun Certified Java 2 Programmer and Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer. He has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

Ron K. Christian, President

Ron Christian is the President of Hershey Systems. Mr. Christian joined Hershey in 2005 as the Vice President of Sales establishing the company's sales and marketing strategy focusing on market penetration through its direct and indirect sales. His career includes more than 15 years in the IT industry with 10 years in the business process and document management software market. Throughout his career, Mr. Christian has held several leadership positions in North America and Europe. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Business - Management Information Systems.

Michael L. Knaeble, Sr. Vice President - Higher Education Sales

Mike Knaeble is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations for Higher Education within Hershey Systems. Mr. Knaeble joined Hershey in 2005 as an Executive Consultant. His career includes more than 30 years in the IT industry with 20 years in the business process and document management software market. He holds a Master's Degree in Business from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor's Degree from California State University Fullerton.

Art Arámbula, Controller

Art Arámbula is the Controller of Hershey Systems. Mr. Arámbula joined Hershey in 1984 in the Accounting department; he has held several accounting positions within the organization and has helped establish policies and accounting guidelines for the organization. His career includes more than 20 years in the Accounting field with 10 years as the controller of Hershey Systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Arámbula has held several leadership positions during his tenure at Hershey Systems. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

Doug Norton, Vice President - Higher Education

Douglas Norton is the Vice President of Higher Education within Hershey Systems. Mr. Norton has been with Hershey for over 20 years and was one of the key executives that spear headed Hershey into the prominent leader in the Higher Education market place. His career includes more than 25 years in the IT industry with 20 years in the business process and document management software market. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Biola University.

Larry Shiohama, Vice President - Channels

Larry Shiohama is Vice President of Channels for Hershey Systems, Inc. Joining Hershey Systems in 1996; Mr. Shiohama has been instrumental in launching Hershey's sales and marketing strategy within the higher education industry. Responsible for driving the successful growth and delivery of Hershey's Channel initiatives, Mr. Shiohama continues to develop new market opportunities through strategic partners, VARS and OEM channels. Prior to joining Hershey, Mr. Shiohama has held various sales and management positions, totaling over 30 years, in the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document management industries.

Paul Blake, Vice President - Technical Services

Paul Blake is the Vice President of Technical Services at Hershey Systems. He currently oversees all the consulting, implementation, training, support and technical sales aspects within the company. Mr. Blake joined Hershey Systems in 2001 as a Product Manager and Lead Project Manager for the new Singularity Software Suite. In the years following he established a consulting and implementation methodology for Singularity that is the foundation for all technical services within the organization. In 2005 he entered his current role to build a multi-national team of consultants, implementers, trainers and support personnel focused on the Singularity product. His career includes 10 years of document processing, consulting, product management and software development experience. He graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a degree in marketing.
