All student documents are secure and accessible in real-time to authorized faculty at any point in the admissions process.
Singularity handles the timely and accurate capture, archive, and distribution of application content throughout the institution. The admissions process is streamlined with Singularity, which increases staff productivity and provides a rapid response to prospective students, resulting in increased student satisfaction.
Regis University, School for Professional Studies has been using Hershey Systems (Singularity) Archive, Forms and Workflow for our Graduate Programs admissions process for three years. Use of the Hershey products has made it possible for faculty to review and process admissions files from remote campuses or their home. It has eliminated the issue of lost files and increased our timeliness and efficiency. The use of forms and workflow has also made it easier to communicate with the Student Records office when there are changes to the student’s academic program. Ease of use and standardization of processes through use of the Hershey products is definitely assisting us in serving our applicants and students better. We are now expanding the use of Hershey Systems (Singularity) to all of our programs in the School for Professional Studies and other schools within Regis University.
