Financial Aid

Financial Aid departments are riddled with documents and forms. Singularity streamlines the Financial Aid process from application through award. Financial Aid forms can be processed as hard copy or electronic forms with Singularity. Singularity captures all student paperwork and processes vital information automatically, including ISIR (Institutional Student Information Records) and 1040 data.

Singularity eliminates the delays and errors caused by manual inefficiencies. By automating the Financial Aid process, colleges and universities increase staff productivity and accountability resulting in outstanding student satisfaction. At any time in the process, the student and staff are provided a real-time status of the Financial Aid process. The Financial Aid staff can access the important documentation at the click of a button, providing rapid evaluations and real-time response to student inquires.

At the inception of this project, we would have never believed that 65% of the manual data entry into the Colleague system, created by 57 forms used in the Financial Services department, could be automated. Yet, that is exactly what was accomplished.
